This is an aftermarket accessory vertical blade radiator shutter. Made by the Globe Machine & Stamping CO. in Cleveland, OH. Fits on the front of the grill shell on 1924-1930's cars and pickup trucks. Comes with mounting hardware, instruction sheet and control. Measures 24" tall, 17 1/2" wide, 1 1/2" deep. This aftermarket accessory allows you to shut off air coming through the radiator. Great for rat rods or restored vehicles that are used in the winter. Box has been wet. Some of the original black paint is peeling off. Light surface rust.
