Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Shipments within the continental US are sent via UPS unless the customer requests their package be shipped via Postal Service or it is an international shipment. There is a 10% shipping charge for orders under $500 with a minimum charge of $8.95; this does not include oversized or truck freight. Shipping and handling charges are different on all oversized and truck freight shipments. Free shipping pertains only to standard ground orders over $500 in the continental USA; no free shipping on oversized or truck freight orders. Return Policy: No returns, refunds or exchanges after 30-days of our invoice date. If returning unused part(s) before the 30-days have expired, please include a copy of your original invoice with your returned part(s). Merchandise must be sent prepaid.

We will reimburse you for freight if we filled your order incorrectly. If you do not want the item or you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy for all Manuals: Manuals must be returned in their original sealed packaging. No refund will be issued for any manuals in which the packaging has been tampered with.
